Aktuelle Bedingungen
Active low pressure over the Atlantic will continue to determine the weather in the Alpine region. This will bring us mostly mild southerly to southwesterly winds. Only from Sunday to Monday will there be a temporary, somewhat stronger cold front, which will bring cloudy and generally wet weather on Sunday. The snow line will drop noticeably below 2000 meters above sea level. By Monday, however, a high-pressure system from the southwest will move in again, causing the flow to shift back to the southwest. We will see mostly dry and significantly milder air from the western Mediterranean for the rest of the week. The frost line will rise to 4000 meters above sea level by the middle of the week.
„As a meteorologist in the region, I am not only very familiar with the small-scale meteorological particuliarities that distinguish the Arlberg region from other regions, but also with the demands that locals and guests place on a regional weather report.“
