The 3-mountain-pass ski circuit leads you over the Arlberg, Flexen and Hochtannberg Passes and from St. Anton/Rendl via Stuben, Zürs, Lech and Schröcken to Warth and back. Dedicated to the ski pioneers and stars of sports and film, the RUN of FAME is a legendary skiing experience that should definitely be on your to-do list.
For action fans
Faster, higher, and even more breathtaking: Adrenaline junkies get their money's worth at Warth-Schröcken ski resort, too. On Funslope Steffisalp right next to the Wannenkopf cable car or at the parallel giant slalom course: Technique and experience play an important role here. Additionally, you should swoosh past the gates as skilfully and fast as possible. Your performance will be captured on camera – on the SkiMovie track. Afterwards, you can access and download your video in the Skiline App.
The faster, the better? At the Funcross Karhorn, winter sports enthusiasts stand at the start hut, waiting to prove their skills and achieve a personal best time. And away from standard race tracks at Funslope Steffisalp, every skier can enjoy the flow. By the way: All those who want to have their speed measured very precisely as they hurl themselves down a perfectly groomed run should stop by at the Speed Check!
For freeride skiers & snowboarders
The epitome of action and adventure for athletic skiing enthusiasts and freeriders? The Salober Northface! The trio of black slopes – Ochsakopf, Salober and Flühli – challenge even seasoned winter sports fans. With a gradient of up to 70 percent, you have to know exactly what you’re doing. Hardly any other slopes in the entire Arlberg region are quite as demanding as these three.
Special practice and adventure areas with snowman Pauli make tackling the slopes easy. What’s more, they let you combine this experience with having tons of fun. Families will also find comfortable lifts and a wide range of ski runs, especially for beginners.
Children who want to learn how to ski from the pros should visit the ski schools right at the valley station of Steffisalp-Express and Salober-Jet. While their parents explore the numerous slopes at Warth-Schröcken ski resort, the little ones will perfect their turns.
Fresh air makes you hungry?
Special children's restaurants, such as the one on Salober, offer suitable menus for your kids. Or how about a burger made from regional ingredients at Burgermeisterei on Steffisalp? Your family’s taste buds will rejoice!
What else does the ski resort have to offer for families?
Accommodation options, which are located right next to the slopes and offer ski-in/ski-out. The car parks, ski ticket offices, ski schools and sports shops are only a few minutes away, too. Enjoy having more time to live it up on the slopes! And thanks to the village ski runs in Warth and Schröcken, you can ski almost to the front door of your accommodation.
Avalanche Training Centre
"Safety first": This motto especially applies in the mountains and on the ski slopes! To ensure that every winter sports enthusiast knows what to do in case of an avalanche threat at higher altitudes, the Alpine and ski schools in the region offer special courses. Right at Steffisalp-Express, you can practice for the event of an emergency during trainings and workshops – using a shovel, probe, and avalanche transceiver. Experienced mountain guides teach participants everything they need to know about how to search for people buried under the snow. They show them which strategy is best suited in which case and which to use in the event of an emergency.
