Ski Arlberg Weather

We will remain under the influence of the cold, polar air mass, but there will at least be a noticeable improvement in the weather heading into Saturday. A few low-lying, lingering morning clouds will largely dissipate, giving way to bright sunshine for a few hours. However, the skies will cloud over again by evening. The clouds are the harbingers of a weak cold front, which will bring heavier cloud cover and light snowfall on Sunday. We will continue to experience a predominantly northerly and thus persistently cold airflow in the coming week. Although the heavier precipitation expected at the start of the week has now been ruled out, the weather will remain changeable and prone to showers overall. Additionally, the snow line will remain in low-lying valleys until the middle of next week. Late winter thus has us firmly in its grip.
