Everything you need to know about purchasing Ski Arlberg ski tickets in the online shop

Yes. When purchasing Ski Arlberg season tickets, the third and all younger siblings (children or young people according to the tariff regulations) in a family receive the Ski Arlberg season ticket free of charge if at least one parent and their first and second child (children or young people according to the tariff regulations) from the same family purchase a Ski Arlberg season ticket. Family status must be proven in an appropriate manner (official ID, etc.). All ski passes must be purchased together and at the same time.

The family bonus can only be issued directly at the ski pass office, as the necessary documentation is checked there.

A photo is required for season tickets. No photo is required for day, multi-day, and hourly tickets.

No, the ticket prices in the online shop are the same as the prices at the ski pass ticket offices.

Yes, that is possible. All you need is the WTP number printed on your chip card.

Yes – after you have collected your ticket from the ticket machine or ticket office.

If you are topping up an existing chip card, you can head straight to the ski resort.

You can also purchase ski passes directly from our ticket machines in the ski resort or at the ski pass ticket offices on site.

Multi-day tickets (2 to 10 days)
Hourly tickets
Season tickets

Pickup (new chip card):

After purchase, you will receive a voucher by email. Simply scan this at the ticket machine and your ski pass will be issued immediately. Alternatively, you can also pick up your ski ticket with the voucher at a ski pass office.

Reload (recharging an existing chip card):

If you are recharging an existing chip card, you do not need a voucher. The ticket will be activated automatically as soon as you pass through a turnstile in the ski resort for the first time.

Your chip card is suitable for recharging if it has a WTP number. This is usually located at the bottom of the front of the chip card.

The WTP number consists of 14 digits and is typically structured as follows: XXXXXXXX-XXX-XXX.

Only chip cards with such a 14-digit WTP number can be recharged in the web shop.

Select your desired ski pass in the online shop, pay online, and then pick up your ticket at the ticket machine or ski pass office.

If you are reloading an existing chip card, there is no need to pick it up—you can head straight to the ski resort.

Yes, the invoice will be sent by email.

No. For webshop bookings, the following online payment methods are available: Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

The debit is usually made immediately. In individual cases, it can take up to five business days for the payment to appear in your account.

Yes. To use the current Ski Arlberg services, you need a new Ski Arlberg customer account.

If you use an email address that was already registered in a previous account, it will be automatically recognized and activated for the new system. Please note: Your previous account data will not be transferred. However, your previously recorded app tracks will remain intact.

Yes, you can change your stored data, such as your address or email address, at any time in your customer account.

Yes, all bookings and invoices can be viewed and downloaded at any time in your customer account.

No, you can also order as a guest without a customer account.

Exception: A customer account is required for season tickets.

A customer account offers several advantages:

  • Faster ordering processes

  • Overview of past orders and invoices
  • Convenient management of your data

Yes, your data will remain stored in your customer account and make future orders easier.

Yes. If you wish to cancel your ski pass purchase, please use the cancellation form and return it to us once completed. Please note that you waive your right of cancellation if you redeem the ski pass and make full use of the services covered by the ski pass within the cancellation period. Yes. You can enter your voucher code directly in the shopping cart (“Redeem voucher”).

Currently, it is not possible to combine different types of products in one shopping cart.
