Spring skiing meets Austrian wine culture: during the wine gondola ride on the Arlberg, selected winemakers present their wines in the gondolas of the Zugerbergbahn cable car. During the ride between the valley and the mountain, you can enjoy high-quality wines against an impressive alpine backdrop.

Culinary delights include fine specialties from the Big Green Egg and the popular Balmalp platter, as well as a fine selection of wines. Tickets can be exchanged for admission wristbands and wine glasses at the Zugerbergbahn valley station.

Tipp

We recommend arriving early so that you can secure the gondolas with your preferred winemakers.

Note

The ticket is valid exclusively for the wine gondola. It can be combined with skiing with an additional ski ticket.

After Party at the Balmalp

The party continues at Balmalp from 2 p.m. onwards, with DJ Kawexx providing a relaxed après-ski atmosphere.

Arrival & important information

No parking available at the Zugerbergbahn valley station.
Parking available at the Schlosskopf car park (free with a valid ski pass) or in the Anger parking garage.
Local bus 702 to Zug, Kirchle stop.
From Lech Dorfhus every .17 / .37 / .57 minutes.
By ski: From the Kriegerhornbahn mountain station towards Balmalp, then take the Zugerbergbahn down to the valley
(depending on snow conditions, possible via piste 220 or ski route 177)
On foot: Take the winter hiking trail along the Lech river for about 45 minutes to the valley station
